Ceremony
Today is the day. Three years of hard work and one day to sum it all up. I'm getting my Master of Applied Science in Electrical Engineering today. The ceremony is at 11am.
It's so nice to have family in town for this event. My grandparents took my wife and I to a northern Italian restaurant dowtown. By far the nicest dining experience I've had. We all had a marvelous meal and a fine bottle of white wine from the province that my grandparents lived for a year. Just a fantastic time. I woke up this morning thinking about it and just remembering all the people involved in our table. The maitre'd was wonderfully friendly and took our coats and helped seat us. Then the drinks order from a nice waitress, but the host, specifically came to our table to pour the wine. Yet another waitress helped out making sure we had enough bread. It was a wonderfully slow flurry of action. We must have spent 2+ hours at the table eating and talking and drinking wine. Thanks!
